Vice President, Creative

As Thinkwell’s Vice President, Creative, Randy guides and directs the aesthetic development of all Thinkwell projects. Randy both works with designers and illustrators as well as creates original designs himself; working with the entire Thinkwell team to help visualize Thinkwell’s many exciting projects around the world.

While at Thinkwell, Randy has worked on a number of projects for clients including Twentieth Century Fox, Paramount Parks, Six Flags, the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago and many more.

One of Randy’s favorite projects is Ice Age Adventure!, the Thea Award-winning indoor dark water ride designed and produced by Thinkwell for Movie Park Germany. He found drawing the Ice Age characters, portraying the visual humor, and developing the overall attraction into an exciting guest experience not only a lot of fun, but also extremely gratifying.

Prior to Thinkwell, Randy served as designer and artist for a variety of clients as Ewing Design, Inc., including Disneyland Entertainment, Disney Creative Entertainment, Buena Vista Special Events, BRC Imagination Arts and more. He also spent a number of years as a Show Designer, Senior Designer and Director of Show Design for Spectra Entertainment.
