Victor Cavaller is a partner in Thinkwell Europa, the Barcelona-based office of Thinkwell Design & Production. Serving as the Project Manager for Ice Age Adventure! at Movie Park Germany and for Ski Dubai’s Snow Park (the first indoor cold play area of its kind in the world) at the Mall of the Emirates in Dubai, Victor’s focus is on media production, project management and production for Thinkwell's European and Middle East projects.

Prior to founding the Thinkwell Europa office, Victor was a part of the team responsible for the award-winning FiestAventura nighttime spectacular and Templo del Fuego attractions at Universal Studios Port Aventura as well as the Sea Odyssey simulator attraction.

Victor has also produced many Spanish feature films, documentaries, industrial films, and made-for-TV movies and commercials for television. His credits in Spain include the feature films Cravan vs. Cravan, Frequently Asked Questions and Faust. Victor has a degree in Audio/Visual Communication from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona.
