Los Angeles, California
Lawry’s, a unit of Unilever Foods and the maker of popular seasonings, approached Thinkwell for assistance in creating the world’s first Epicurean Center – a very special 110,000 sq. ft. complex of unique restaurants, culinary shops and food stores, immersive flavor-based experiences and attractions, broadcast and teaching kitchens, and more.
Part museum, part corporate experience, part culinary school and part broadcast facility, it would be a one-of-a-kind destination for anyone interested in culinary arts. The Los Angeles campus of the Culinary Institute of America would be housed here as well.
In addition to developing the experience master plan including all exhibits, attractions, shows and environments, Thinkwell, along with Lawrys’ staff of culinary experts, outside educators and content professionals worked to create an experience that would be educational and entertaining, showcasing Lawrys’ unique R&D efforts and positions Lawrys as the Experts of Flavor.
