Founded in 2001, Thinkwell Design & Production handles all of Thinkwell’s concept development and design efforts, as well as the production of the myriad of out-of-home entertainment experiences Thinkwell conceives.

Thinkwell Design & Production is led by a core team of key personnel who are grounded and shaped by their vast creative, technical and project management experience in-the-field. Accustomed to taking responsibility for their designs during construction, means every Thinkwell team is made up of “can do” attitudes.

We have a mind-blowing amount of talent on our team. These “Thinkwellians” run the gamut from emerging rookies to seasoned experience design veterans who have worked together on innovative projects for 15 to 20 years or more. Forged in the trenches of production and project development, these bonds have resulted in a shorthand team communication that is invaluable.

Leaders and visionaries who develop our storylines, guide our project teams and provide critical direction every step of the way - the Thinkwell family is steadily expanding, with an amazing roster of full time and project-based artists, producers, project managers and more coming on board every day. In fact, with so much talent and experience under one roof, we recently had to add more roof!
